Appointment Reservation

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Call, No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy

Please call the salon if you are running late. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may require a modification of services to fit the remaining appointment time, while full service charges may still apply.

In some cases, guests may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Detangling Policy

Each appointment includes up to 10 minutes of standard detangling.

Additional detangling time will be charged at $15 per 15-minute increment and may require service modifications to accommodate scheduling.
Protective Style Removal

Detangling services do not include the removal of braids, twists, extensions, locs, or other protective styles.

Guests must arrive with all protective styles removed prior to their appointment.

Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee.
Children's Appointments

A parent or legal guardian must remain in the salon for the entire duration of any minor's appointment.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, only the child receiving services and one parent or guardian may attend the appointment. Additional children, siblings, family members, or guests should not accompany the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.

We gladly serve children and schedule additional time to ensure a positive experience. However, if a child becomes excessively distressed, uncomfortable, or unable to safely continue the service, the appointment may be discontinued. Charges will apply for services performed and time reserved.

Service Guarantee Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service you have 72 hours from the original service date to have it re-done at no charge by the stylist who performed the original service.
Product Refund

We allow exchanges for up to 10 days on hair products. All makeup is final sale.
